In order that we may be timely with reporting the quarterly meeting minutes, these minutes are published as a summary, prior to official approval at the following meeting.  Any changes or corrections would be noted in the following month’s minutes.)  A twelve month history is posted on the site.  Minutes posted may be current or prior year depending on the progress of the year.
