Sky Mountain Golf Estates is considered a planned community.
Living in a master-planned community such as Sky Mountain offers many privileges as well as imposing certain restrictions. Sky Mountain has been developed for the mutual benefit of all of its residents. In order to preserve the value, desirability, attractiveness and architectural integrity of the Community, we are governed and bound by our CC&R’s.
In addition to the CC&R’s, we have Architectural Standards and Guidelines as well as rules for the use our clubhouse and swimming pool common areas.
The Architectural Standards and Guidelines do not seek to restrict individuals creativity or personal preferences, but rather to help assure a continuity in design which will help preserve and improve the appearance of the Community. Prior to commencement of any addition, alteration or construction work of any type, you must first file an Architectural Application.
