The Sky Mountain Communities are comprised of two separate Homeowner’s Associations:

• Sky Mountain Golf Estates Association
• Sky Mountain Master Association

Each community has its own home owners association with an elected board of  home owners serving as a governing body to oversee the management of the community.  These officials are known as the Board of Trustees.  The Community manager  works with both associations and is on site to assist the residents with day to day concerns and questions.
